Nick is currently the only Advanced Level 3 GEMt dry needler in Western Australia. He is also a dedicated educator, regularly teaching health professionals how to safely and effectively use dry needling in clinical practice. His courses emphasise critical thinking, precision, and respectful communication—building a stronger foundation for the future of musculoskeletal care.
Through his work at Impact Dry Needling Clinic, Nick continues to refine evidence-based techniques and promote ethical, outcome-focused care. His steady commitment to innovation and professional integrity positions him as a trusted figure in the field of physical rehabilitation.

Orlando Meehan
Senior Physiotherapist
If you’ve been dealing with a persistent injury, chronic pain or a problem that just hasn’t responded to treatment, Orlando brings extensive clinical experience and a strong focus on finding the right solution.
Orlando specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a particular interest in shockwave therapy and the latest advances in physiotherapy technology.
His approach starts with getting the diagnosis right and understanding why your problem isn’t improving. He combines clinical expertise, dry needling, focused and radial shockwave therapy, and other advanced technologies to create a treatment approach tailored to each client.
Orlando is particularly passionate about helping people who have tried multiple treatments without getting the results they wanted, using modern, evidence-based physiotherapy to provide new options for recovery.

Geraldine Poon
Physiotherapist
Geraldine is a physiotherapist with experience across both hospital and private practice settings in Perth and the UK. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) with Honours from Curtin University and has continued to build her clinical skills through further training in several areas of physiotherapy.
She has completed training in Germany in the Schroth Method for scoliosis management and is certified to teach Pilates through Polestar Pilates. Geraldine also holds a Level 1 GEMt qualification in trigger point dry needling.
Geraldine has a particular interest in scoliosis, postural conditions and the use of shockwave therapy as part of the management of a range of musculoskeletal conditions. She enjoys working with patients to understand their individual concerns and supporting them with care suited to their movement and rehabilitation goals.
Outside the clinic, Geraldine enjoys music, baking and spending time with her husband and two children.
